Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

As an Administrative Assistant with our Oklahoma City, OK office you will be responsible for the following:

  • Review billing reports for work performed by field and lab technicians
  • Interact with clients and project managers to handle inquiries about billing reports and project set-up
  • Assist with the company’s quality control system
  • Data collection and entry in our software system called Elmtree
  • Assist in accounts payable and receivables

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2 years minimum administrative experience, (preferable in the construction industry but not required)
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-motivated
